Would you like to become a PSO member and take advantage of all the services we offer? The PSO membership is free for individuals with mental health and/or addiction challenges.
JOIN US ON SOCIAL MEDIA
Join Virtual Lounge, PSO private Facebook group that is intended to be a social meeting space, similar to the drop-in, and is NOT intended to be used as a peer support group. Join us on other social media as well.
PEER SUPPORT PROGRAMS
We offer Peer Support Groups, Fun Activities, Walking Groups, and Wellness Recovery Action Plan workshop (WRAP®) and Third Floor Lounge.
We offer online and in person programs.

FAMILY PEER SUPPORT PROGRAMS
For family and friends of people with mental health and/or addiction
challenges. We offer an individual and group support. We also run Family WRAP and Family Dialogue about Communication workshops.
ONLINE FEEDBACK FORM
During the Covid-19 Pandemic we have re-structured our services and have gone virtual. We recently opened a physical lounge space.

We offer: Craft and Chat, Games and Trivia, Virtual Lounge, Creative Expressions, and Monday Night Pictionary.
