Peer Support Groups

PSO offers many FREE unique, ongoing groups/activities throughout a week that people recovering from mental health challenges might wish to consider. The groups can have a specific topic for discussion or can be an open group where members can talk about what concerns them. While some groups can have a facilitator, others are self-managed. Everyone is welcome - no referral required!
