PEER SUPPORT PROGRAMS
We are a community of peers experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. No referral is required. Our services are free. We support people of age 16+
PEER SUPPORT GROUPS
We offer a number of Peer Support Groups you can join online or in-person:
African Caribbean Black, Community Transitions, Hearing Voices and Parallel Realities, Peer Support, Rainbow Peers, and Recovery Squared.

FACILITATOR TRAINING
Are you interested in facilitating one of our Peer Support Groups and/or Wellness Workshops?

PSO Wellness Workshops include WRAP, Family WRAP, and Pathways to Recovery (upcoming TBA).
THIRD FLOOR LOUNGE
Our Third Floor Lounge is now open six days a week.

We offer the following online fun activities: Craft and Chat, Games and Trivia and Virtual Lounge.
We also offer Creative Expressions in person.

Would you like to learn how to support a person currently journeying through the recovery, or to volunteer in the Peer to Peer Wellness program?

WELLNESS RECOVERY ACTION PLAN (WRAP®) WORKSHOP
The Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) is a personalized wellness and recovery system born out of and rooted in the principle of self-determination.
This is an in-person workshop.
