Wednesdays: 1:00 - 2:30 PM on Zoom. Please register below.​

Thursdays: 1:00 - 2:30 PM at 211 Bronson Ave. Rm. 212, Ottawa, in Person. This is a drop-in group. Contact Werner at wernerz@pso-ottawa.ca with questions or for more information.

Join other supportive peers for some in-person mutual support in a non-judgmental, confidential space. A topic of discussion is chosen at the beginning of each group by the participants.
