FAMILY WELLNESS RECOVERY ACTION PLAN - FAMILY WRAP

Family WRAP® is an eight-week IN PERSON self-help workshop based on the original Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) program.

 

This workshop is designed for caregivers and supporters of people with mental health and/or addiction challenges (age of the person supported 16+).

 

Together we create a solid self-care plan to look after our own, and to contribute to the family wellness. 

Where: 211 Bronson Ave. Rm 212, Ottawa. Free parking behind the building off Nepean St (after 3 pm).

Time: Wednesdays, 6:00 – 8:30 PM (8 weeks)

Cost: Free

Participation requirements: 

  • Being a caregiver or supporter of someone with mental health and/or addiction challenges of age 16+

  • Attending all 8 sessions unless it is an emergency or illness

Session 4: ​Stressors an Action Plan
