This is a safe and culturally-responsive space for members of the African, Caribbean, and Black community living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to talk, share, and support one another.

HEARING VOICES AND PARALLEL REALITIES
A weekly support group offering a safe space for anyone living with voices, visions or other experiences that others may regard as unusual.

YAPS and The Guild will be going on a temporary hiatus in order to prioritize transitioning back to in-person groups. We look forward to seeing you in the near future, IRL!

RAINBOW PEERS
A group where 2SLGBTQIA+ people of all ages (16+) gather as a community. Together we create a safe space to share about sexual orientation, gender identity, mental health, and experiences accessing services.

PEER SUPPORT
This is an opportunity to gather with others who have been through the mental health system and speak openly in a safe environment about our own experiences.
Mondays 6:30-8:30 PM
FAMILY PEER SUPPORT
This group is for family and friends of people experiencing mental health and/or addiction challenges. Age of person supported: 16+
Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 PM
COMMUNITY TRANSITIONS
In this group, we discuss the challenges and successes of transition while building social connections after a recent discharge from inpatient mental health care.
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 PM
RECOVERY SQUARED
If you struggle with substance use while navigating mental health challenges, join our non-judgmental space.
In person, except the last Thursday of the month (online).
