Administrative Coordinator
As Administrative Coordinator, you will manage the info inbox and calendars, maintain membership and group registrations, coordinate events and communications (newsletter and social updates), support HR onboarding and training logistics, liaise with IT/phone/internet/payroll vendors, and prepare materials such as Board packages and survey documentation. You’ll bring strong organization, clear communication, and a service mindset to keep operations running smoothly.

Finance Coordinator
​
As Finance Coordinator, you will review payroll and payables, prepare monthly budget vs. actual financial statements and expense reports, and support the Executive Director and Board with financial reporting. You will lead budgeting and audit preparation, ensure compliance with funder and statutory reporting, and provide financial budgets for funder proposals. You will also lead the update and modernization of PSO’s financial systems and processes, streamline reports and data sources, and create efficiencies.
