ABOUT COMMUNICATION

This 8-weeks workshop is designed for family members who support people with mental health and/or addiction challenges.

 

The aim is to develop clear and effective way of communication between family members. 

It focuses on practicing communication strategies in interactive, scenario-focused way.

 

During the workshop, participants will develop a reflective summary of combined ideas, observations and realizations.

Where: online on Zoom. Registration required

When: May 2022 (exact date TBD), Wednesdays, 

for 8 weeks. 

Time: 6:00 – 8:30 PM 

Cost: free 

Participation requirements: 

  • Attending all 8 sessions unless it is an emergency or illness 

  • Participating in role plays 

  • Leaving camera on during role plays 

  • Purposeful and engaged participation in order to create reflective summary during the workshop
