This 8 session series brings together creative and creative-curious peers interested in incorporating an experimental arts-based practice, within a safe and supportive peer group setting.

Each week, participants will have the opportunity to put into practice, a creative technique, as a form of processing through one’s own lived experiences. This aims to give voice to inventiveness through self-exploration and expression, while nurturing healthy connections with self and others within the group.

An arts-based support group has the ability to provide inspiration for creative talents; offer stress relief; build self-esteem and opens a door to self-discovery while gaining self-confidence. Registration is required - spaces are limited.

Please note: our program starting in January 12, 2021 is now full. We will update the website with the next available date so please stay tuned.
